The ballot

Our survey results show that the ballot is considered the fairest way to allocate holiday homes during peak times and it's the best way to get the holiday homes you want. During the peak holiday periods, the homes in most popular spots are in high demand, so it's better to enter the ballot for these periods rather than hoping there will be availabilities after the ballot. Entering as many options as possible gives an improved chance of success.

Just remember that the ballot closes at 5pm on the closing dates as listed below.

These dates only show balloted periods. If a home is not in the ballot then you can book it up to six months in advance.
