Marram - A legacy of care

Member Organisations

A Marram member organisation is determined as follows*:

(a) A subsidiary or successor organisation of New Zealand Post Limited, ANZ National Bank Limited or Telecom New Zealand Limited and meet one of the following criteria:

  (i) A pure acquisition of one of the above organisations (50% or more of the interest changed hands). 

  (ii) An organisation must have purchased assets and hired staff directly from a subsidiary or successor organisation.

Or

(b) A member organisation must be in a joint venture with New Zealand Post Limited, ANZ National Bank Limited or Telecom New Zealand Limited or a subsidiary or successor organisation.

And

(c) Be approved at the discretion of the Marram Board of Trustees.

And

(d) Must enter into a relationship agreement with Marram Community Trust, which clearly defines the expectations of the organisation, and Marram Community Trust.

*Please note: Membership organisation eligibility is at the discretion of the Marram Community Trust Board of Trustees.  At a Marram Board of Trustees meeting held on Tuesday 10 February 2009, the board agreed the above criteria.

  • Cabletalk subsidises $6.50 per fortnight, so employees contribute $6.50 per fortnight.
  • Codeblue subsidises $6.50 per fortnight, so employees contribute $6.50 per fortnight
  • Express Couriers Limited Subsidies $2.74 per fortnight, so employees contribute $10.26 per fortnight.
  • Fortlock Security Limited subsidises $5.50 per fortnight, so employees contribute $7.50 per fortnight.
  • NEC subsidises $5.00 per fortnight, so employees contribute $8.00 per fortnight.
