Updating Personal Details..

If you have moved house, have a new phone number or changed email addresses. You can keep your personal details up to date by logging into Marram Online, selecting MY MARRAM, then edit where necessary. This will enable us to keep accurate details for you.

Holiday Home Cleaning..

If you do not hire a cleaner, you are expected to thoroughly clean the home and show consideration for the next holiday makers who arrive after you.

Please remember to vacuum, mop floors, wipe tables and bench tops, scrub toilets, handbasins and showers, tidy the beds and put out rubbish on collection days.

Any problems with your Holiday Home, please contact the House Person listed on your confirmation papers.

Summer Holidays!!!

Please make sure you have your confirmation papers and read the terms and conditions of your tenancy before heading on your Summer Holiday. Arrival and departure times need to be adhered to, as this will help with cleaning and maintaining the homes, as well as being considerate to the next holiday maker.

Please contact your House Person should you have any problems with your Holiday Home.

Arrival & Departures...

This is a quick reminder to all Contributors and Lifetimers who have booked Holidays. Check in times must not be before 2pm, Check out time must not be after 11am. This is so the cleaner/house person has enough time to clean/check the unit before the new tenants arrive.

Please be courteous to other members.

Healthcare claims...

Please remember to refer to the Checklist on the claim form.  For payment to be considered, we require:

  • A signed claim form
  • A bank account number
  • Receipts to be no more than 12 months old
  • Receipts confirming full payment has been made
  • Insurance remit advices if applicable

This will greatly help prompt processing.

Healthcare Claims

This is a quick reminder to all active contributors who are wanting to make a Healthcare Claim. Please make sure that the claim form is completed with bank account details, signed correctly and receipts submitted are no more than 12 months old and have been paid in full.

This will greatly help with processing claims more efficiently.

Healthcare Claims.

When making a Healthcare claim please ensure the receipt submitted, is the original tax invoice and shows payment has been made in full.

All receipts that have not been paid in full and are not the original copy will be declined.

Submitting correct documentation will help with processing times.

Claims...

Remember to submit your claims within 12 months of the expense being incurred.  Please also ensure you include your bank account details and sign the claim form once you have completed it.  Your reimbursement will be provided within 10 working days from the date the claim is received.  If you are unsure on what you can claim for, please click on 'Take care of your health' (above) and 'Benefits' down the left hand side.

Optical Benefit!!!

If you require an eye exam and new glasses and have previously claimed for the Optical Benefit, please contact Customer Service to check the exact date of when your new Optical Benefit entitlement starts.

This will stop ineligible claims being made and the possibility of disappointment.

Search by Attraction...

When searching for your preferred holiday location, you are now able to search by ATTRACTION.  Each location has a "Things to do" tab which will provide information on popular Attractions, Activities and upcoming Events in the area.

Log In and Check it out Today. To find out more, click the 'View help about this page' link on the Current Vacancies screen.

When making a Healthcare Claim please submit the Original receipt only.  Any photocopies or receipts not detailing the correct information will be declined.

Booking Amendments...

Cancellation fees will be applied if you need to amend location or dates for your Holiday Home booking.  There will be a 48 hour grace period for accidental incorrect bookings to be amended. Please double check all booking confirmation papers to make sure they are correct.

The Marram Community Trust provides affordable healthcare benefits to those contributors who would not otherwise be able to afford private health insurance. The basic healthcare provides generous rebates from a wide range of healthcare professionals.  Click on Take care of your health (above) to obtain comprehensive information on Marram's basic healthcare coverage. Contributors also use Marram to top up their primary health insurance cover, which means it is possible to get 100% of their medical expenses reimbursed.

Travel Assistance Update

If you require treatment that is NOT available in your hometown, such as a specialist's appointment or a hospital admission you are eligible to claim for travel costs as outlined below: 

  • expenses are paid at a flat rate of $30.00 per trip (return) whether private or public transport
  • expenses paid are applicable for distances of 100 kilometres (return) or more
  • confirmation of a medical appointment required
  • up to a maximum of $1250 per medical condition can be claimed.
