Affiliated Organisations

An Affiliated Organisation is defined as:

(a) A subsidiary or successor organisation of New Zealand Post Limited, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited or Spark New Zealand (formerly Telecom New Zealand Ltd) and meeting one of the following criteria:

1 A pure acquisition of one of the above organisations (50% or more of the interest changed hands). 

 2. An organisation must have purchased assets and hired staff directly from a subsidiary or successor organisation.

OR

(b) An Affiliated Organisation must be in a joint venture with New Zealand Post Limited, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited or Spark New Zealand (formerly Telecom New Zealand Limited) or a subsidiary or successor organisation.

And

(c) Be approved at the discretion of the Marram Board of Trustees.

AND

(d) Must enter into a relationship agreement with Marram Community Trust, which clearly defines the expectations of the organisation, and Marram Community Trust.

• Beyond Holding Limited subsidises $10.40 per month, so employees contribute $21.23 per month.
• Chorus subsidises $4.00 per fortnight, so employees contribute $10.60 per fortnight.
• Cogent Limited (Wellington) - subsidises $9.97 per month, so employees contribute $21.66 per month.
• Connect NZ subsidises $15.82 per month, so employees contribute $15.81 per month.
• Dot Data Limited subsidises $15.82 per month, so employees contribute $15.81 per month.
• EdPro Group Limited subsidises $8.00 per fortnight, so employees contribute $6.60 per fortnight.
• Fibre Options New Zealand Limited subsidises $8.60 per fortnight, so employees contribute $6.00 per fortnight.
• Ideal Electrical subsidises $3.00 per week, so employees contribute $4.30 per week.
