Biggest refurbishment project in years about to start.

A whole lot of love is about to be thrown at 28 of Marram’s holiday homes, making it the biggest refurbishment project undertaken for some time.

Work’s expected to start late April on the Picton and Kaiteriteri homes.

Napier and Hastings in May.

Auckland in June.

Greytown and Hokitika in August.

Ohakune, Alexandra and Queenstown East, late October.

You can expect to see new carpets, curtains, furniture, linen and kitchenware in the refurbished homes. There’ll be new colours on the walls, LED energy efficient lighting and recycling options.

And as always, Marram will be upcycling the things no longer needed in the refurbished homes. Womens Refuge, the Salvation Army, SPCA have all been grateful recipients of furniture, bedding and kitchen items replaced in previous refurbishments.

Your holiday homes are refurbished every 6 or 7 years, to keep them fit for purpose, and well maintained for generations of the Marram whanau to come.
