Changing Covid alert levels and what they mean for your Marram Bookings

We’ve been living with changing Covid alert levels here in Aoteoroa New Zealand for a year now, making for uncertain times when it comes to booking holiday homes .
But as we move again into Alert Level 3 in Auckland Alert Level 2 in the rest of the country, here’s what you need to know about Marram homes and bookings. 
 
ALERT LEVEL 4

All holiday homes closed except where needed for emergency accommodation or to house essential workers.

ALERT LEVEL 3
 
At level 3 Marram’s holiday homes will be closed except for emergency accommodation and use by essential workers.

If you were planning to use a home in an Alert level 3 region, or transit through an Alert level 3 region to get to another Marram home OR you’re from an Alert level 3 region, during the period of the lockdown, you will get a 100% refund by contacting the Marram Support Team on 04 8701 2920

ALERT LEVEL 2 
 
Marram homes are open and will be thoroughly cleaned between bookings.
