About the Trust
Marram Community Trust, formerly Post Office Welfare Fund, was established 80 years ago to support Post Office employees and their families affected by World War ll, providing affordable holidays and financial assistance for healthcare. As the organisation evolved to serve a growing number of beneficiaries across Marram’s affiliated employers (all with roots in the Post Office), it became Marram Community Trust, reflecting a wider range of benefits and broader community.
The role
As a Trustee, you’ll serve the Marram community with passion, excellence, integrity, and respect, contributing to the wellbeing of employees of Marram’s affiliated organisations and their families. You will be helping future-proof Marram’s financial stability and continuing a legacy of care in an increasingly competitive and sophisticated market. To be successful in this role you will be closely connected to and represent the views and needs of Marram beneficiaries.
