Marram homes remain open under Red

Things might seem a bit unsettled as we adjust to life in the red setting but the good news is all Marram holiday homes remain open

The homes are thoroughly cleaned after every departure and Marram is requiring everyone using them, and their visitors, to scan in using the QR Tracer codes displayed in every home.

However, if you feel uncomfortable travelling while in RED, Marram will offer a full refund for bookings commencing up to the end of March 2022. The refund policy will be reviewed again before the end of March.

If you test positive for COVID while staying at a Marram holiday home, please advise Marram’s Property Manager, Fiona Van Eyssen immediately on 027 226 7035. 

Should homes be unavailable due to these circumstances, or supply issues cause problems, Marram will try to find you alternative Marram accommodation.

If this isn’t possible, Marram reserves the right to offer a home for a different date or provide a full refund at your option. 

Here’s hoping by remembering the principles Marram was built on - Manaakitanga  (caring for each other ) and Kaitiakitanga ( caring for our homes and the environment), we’ll all be back in orange very soon.
