State of Emergency and your Marram bookings

Our thoughts are with all those people affected by the horrendous weather events over the past week.  We’re hoping the weather soon improves so you’re able to get back to normal and schools can re-open.

Fortunately, the Marram homes in the Auckland region haven’t been damaged by the flooding.

However, if you were planning to use a Marram Auckland home, transit through Auckland to get to a Marram home or you’re an Aucklander who planned to travel to a Marram home and are unable to travel due to the floods, you can get a full refund by contacting [email protected].

We’re monitoring the situation and any bookings that can’t be taken between now and 21st February can be considered for a full refund. This will be reviewed next week.
